Alpenrose

Dining at the Alpenrose you'll taste food chosen with care as we believe you cannot produce memorable meals without beginning with great ingredients. Your dinner might include, depending on market availability, hand-caught wild trout, organic baby rack of lamb and all natural free-range chicken.

Executive Chef Stephen Fralin is a graduate of the New England Culinary Academy and has worked for some of America's top chefs, including James Beard chef of the year winner Marcel Desaulniers, author of "Death by Chocolate".

Winemaker Dinners

"Truly the most extraordinary dinner I have ever experienced"
States the Jackson Hole News & Guide restaurant critic in her review of last year's Winter Season winemaker dinner. Winemaker dinners are held seasonally.

The Alpenrose is a yearly recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. It was, along with one other, the first Wyoming restaurant granted this award.


Dietrich's Bar & Bistro
If you prefer more casual dining, experience our Bistro.

Whether enjoying lunch on the flower laden decks in summer, appetizers after a long hike, après ski after an exhilarating day of skiing, or dinner beside our expansive windows, you will understand why the Bistro is a locals favorite.

Après Ski
After your last run down Rendezvous Mountain the place to talk the talk is Dietrich's Bar & Bistro. Micro brews, wine specials, appetizers, and Jackson Hole's only cheese fondues and chocolate fondues. A roaring fire, live entertainment and the friendliest crowd in Teton Village is après ski Bistro style.

But don't just take our word for it; Fodor's Skiing USA recommends only two après ski spots in Jackson Hole, including:
