Room Descriptions
Tyrolean Room
Tyrolean Rooms are in the west wing of the Alpenhof and are beautifully appointed with hand-carved furniture and Tyrolean Décor. Tyrolean Rooms are more serene than our Bavarian rooms being surrounded by large pines and also feature semi-private balconies.
These rooms are large and comfortable, include a King Bed or two Queens, and great for families with older children, or for those who prefer more floor space.
Fireside Tyrolean Room
Perfect ambiance in summer or winter, these rooms offer a comfortable elegance. Fireside Tyrolean Rooms feature a King Bed, sofa, balcony, and of course a wood burning fireplace.
These rooms are perfect for hopeless romantics who enjoy the crackling of a warm fire during a winter's night. In summer, the balcony provides a perfect opportunity for mountain star gazing.
The Alpine Room
This is one of our beautiful "one room suites."
The East wall is rock giving the room a rugged beauty that matches the beauty of surrounding mountains. Another wall features a carved wooden panel. Finely detailed hand carved ceiling beams and furniture imported from Germany give this room its charm and true Bavarian feel.
The Alpine room has a King bed, a wood burning fireplace and opens on to a large semi private deck. The bathroom is nicely appointed with a heated tile floor, heated towel rack, and jetted tub.
The Edelweiss Room
This is one of the nicest rooms in Teton Village.
It has hand carved panels on the walls and beautifully carved wooden beams on the ceiling. The furnishings are hand crafted as well, and imported from Germany.
The Edelweiss has a King bed, fireplace with sitting area, a balcony and large semi private deck. The room is also nicely appointed with a wet bar with a small refrigerator, as well as a heated tile floor, heated towel racks, jetted tub, and His & Her vanity areas in the Bathroom.
This room is perfect for those who want to experience the very best of European charm in Teton Village.
Gable Room
Our country rustic Gable Rooms received a complete makeover in the spring of ' 98. The furniture and headboards are hand painted by local artists with a decorative Bavarian décor. The gabled ceilings with wood paneling give our smallest rooms a true Alpine loft feel.
They are located on our fourth floor with the elevator accessible to our 3rd floors requiring you to climb a short flight of stairs. Gable rooms are available with one Queen or two Double Beds.
Dolomite Room
Though small, these rooms are still charming with hand carved Bavarian furniture and one Queen bed. Located on our 2nd and 3rd floors, some overlook the pool or are north facing.
These rooms are perfect for a less expensive romantic getaway or for the single traveler.
Bavarian Room
These comfortable, mid-sized rooms feature hand-carved furniture and are decorated in the Bavarian tradition. Some adjoining rooms are available, offering privacy and space for a family.
Bavarian Rooms are available with one King Bed or two Double Beds.
Deluxe Bavarian Room
Offering hand-carved Bavarian furniture, these rooms are spacious with a balcony on the valley side of the hotel. Some rooms can be adjoining. These rooms tend to be very bright with the sun rising over Sheep Mountain and setting over the Teton Mountain range.
The King version of this room includes a sofa which can also be made into a bed. Deluxe Bavarian also available with 2 Double Beds.
The Arlberg Suite
This two bedroom, two bathroom Suite decorated in casual Bavarian motif is ideal for families.
Furnishings are hand painted with decorative artwork. One bedroom has a King bed with a full bathroom across the hall, including a single jetted tub. The second bedroom has two double beds and bathroom. The living room has a Queen size sofa bed, wet bar with a small refrigerator and a table and chairs. The rate on this room assumes 5 people.
All Alpenhof rooms are smoke-free.
